The preparation of an estate plan can be simpler than one images. Information will need to be assembled and decisions will need to be made. The end result is both rewarding and often a relief to have a plan in place.

Our four promises to clients are:

1. Moving along at a pace comfortable to you
2. Explaining planning options in a way that makes decision-making easier
3. Completing the documents in the timely manner
4. Being available to answer questions after the documents are signed

Four Peaks Planning, Inc. is not a law firm. Owner, Jeremy "Jamie" Kahn, is an Arizona CLDP - Certified Legal Document Preparer. We can explain options, answer general questions and prepare legal documents. Our only limitation is providing legal advice, which can be made available to you via attorneys with whom we have close working relationships.

In our first meeting, which can be online via Zoom, in our Gilbert office or at your home - we service all of Arizona - we will answer your questions and review sample documents, such as living trusts, wills and powers of attorney. If you choose to move forward, we do not request any money upfront and the only information we collect are the legal names of those you name in your documents.

We do not collect birthdays, social security numbers nor a list of your personal assets for privacy reasons.

At the second meeting, we will review your documents and if all suits your needs we will notarize your signatures. After signing the documents we will assist in funding your living trust if a living trust is part of your estate plan.

We look forward to being part of your estate planning team. Our services will not overlap with your existing relationships with a financial advisor, insurance agent, accountant, attorneys and other professionals. The only contact information we may ask for is of those people listed above to ensure your plan is congruent with their plans for you.
